We’re seeking a skilled Brand Communication Manager based in Barcelona to support our Switzerland operations remotely. This is a highly hands‑on role with full ownership across internal communications and core corporate content and a strong focus on enabling consistent, high‑quality communication across digital, social and employer‑branding channels.
Job objective:
The Brand Communication Manager ensures a coherent and credible voice for Forvis Mazars Switzerland across internal, digital and employer branding channels. By combining strong execution with brand stewardship, the role strengthens engagement, supports growth initiatives and reinforces trust with key audiences.
Key responsibilities:
Internal Communication
Own and manage end-to-end internal communications: collaborate with stakeholders to craft messages aligned to company values and target audiences.
Develop and push content across multiple internal channels for maximum reach and engagement.
Fully own the site development and management of the Switzerland intranet page (no technical knowledge needed).
Corporate Content and Brand
Update and maintain corporate materials (company presentation, facts & figures and website content), ensuring accuracy and consistency and own their integration into Office tools (add‑in) for firm‑wide usage.
Own corporate storytelling in supporting the roll out of international campaigns. Ensures a consistent tone, messaging and visual identity.
Publish client stories (wins, case studies and win/loss learnings) in collaboration with Business Development and service lines, translating input into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external use.
Digital & Social Media
Support corporate social channels (primarily LinkedIn): content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
Create content visuals such as carousels, cards and infographics.
Update and maintain selected website content using CMS tools and digital assets.
Website audits (collect and implement)
Employer Branding
Collaborate with People & Culture on targeted messaging and content.
Own employer branding communication on Instagram for all topics based on the annual global communication plan and update career webpage.
Talent:
8+ years’ experience in corporate or internal communications and/or digital content management in a professional service/fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of 360° campaign management.
Proven ability to update and maintain corporate decks, factsheets, and other key materials with accuracy and consistency.
Strong digital capabilities, including CMS management, LinkedIn, Adobe and PowerPoint.
Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines independently.
Values driven storyteller with a commitment to clear, accurate and engaging communication.
Curious, motivated and highly hands-on, comfortable stepping in where needed and driving work forward.
Languages (essential): French (native/fluent), English (fluent), German (advanced).
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, fostering open, transparent, and collaborative ways of working.
